This is my story

My culinary passion began in the picturesque landscapes of France, where even as a child, I fell in love with the rich traditions of French cuisine and cooking over fire. This love guided me through prestigious kitchens in Paris and Yamba, earning me multiple Australian Food Guide Chef Hats.

In 2020, I pivoted from fine dining to fire dining, driven by a desire to connect people with the environment where their food is grown. Inspired by the Argentinian Asado barbecue, I created Terra Firma Dining to offer unique and immersive outdoor dining experiences.

The success of my live fire cooking classes on the Sunshine Coast, Australia, sparked the idea for Feast Over Fire. I wanted to extend this passion and knowledge to a global audience, helping people everywhere create unforgettable meals and moments around the fire. Join me to explore the art of outdoor cooking and celebrate the joy of sharing delicious food with those you love.
